The fastest route

Sign in, open Accounts and disconnect the Instagram account. That immediately stops all processing and removes the stored access token.

Delete everything

Email support@socialreply.in from your account address with the subject "Delete my data". We remove your account, connected Instagram tokens, automations, contacts and activity logs within 30 days, and confirm by email. Billing records are kept only for as long as tax law requires.

Removing access from Instagram

You can also revoke us directly inside Instagram, under Settings, then Website permissions, then Apps and websites. Instagram notifies us and we delete the associated data automatically.

For Meta reviewers

The programmatic data deletion callback is https://app.kannurtangish.in/webhooks/data-deletion. It accepts Meta's signed request, deletes the matching account data, and returns a confirmation code and status URL.
