Try before you pay

Every account starts with a free allowance, and a trial when one is offered, so you can confirm the automations work for your account before spending anything.

Refund window

If the service does not work as described, write to us within 7 days of a charge and we will refund it in full. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically take 5 to 10 working days to appear, depending on your bank.

What is not refunded

Charges older than 7 days, and accounts suspended for breaking the acceptable use rules. Cancelling stops the next charge rather than refunding the current period, and you keep access until that period ends.

How to ask

Email support@socialreply.in from your account address with the invoice number. No form to fill in.
